It’s best to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled time—this gives us a chance to explain the rules, let you store your bags, and mentally prepare for the adventure.
To keep everything running smoothly for the next team, please make sure you’re ready to start your game right on time!

That depends on whether there’s a team booked after you. If there is, unfortunately we can’t delay the start time—but don’t worry, a few minutes’ delay is usually okay.
If you’re running late, please call us, we’ll do our best to help!

Our games are either 60 or 90 minutes long.
If you’re clever, maybe even shorter!😉

60-minute games:

90-minute games:
Gold of the Aztecs, The Secret of the Leaky Cauldron, Ghost Hide-and-Seek, The Lost Crown

All of our escape rooms can be booked for 2 to 8 players.
Each room is spacious and designed to provide a great experience even with a full team of 8. But trust us—escape games are best when shared, so grab at least one buddy and play as a team!

We set limits for your benefit: with more than 5-6 people, it can get a bit crowded, and there’s less puzzle-solving per person. For larger groups, we recommend splitting into two teams of 3–4 and racing to see who escapes first!

For our game rooms:
LedFloor supports 2–8 players.
Quizgy is ideal for 2–6 players and also works great for couples.

You won’t need to crawl or climb in our escape rooms, but keep in mind—these aren’t freshly painted, spotless spaces. Each room is designed to authentically reflect its theme.
Sure, you could wear heels and a blazer, but we definitely recommend something casual and comfy!

For our game rooms:
LedFloor involves fast moves and jumping—so make sure to bring sneakers!

All our escape and game rooms are recommended for ages 4 and up—except for our horror-themed room, Saw Returns, which is best suited for ages 14+.

Our rooms feature incredibly realistic sets, tailored to each theme. While they’re immersive, we’ve kept the fear factor family-friendly, so kids are absolutely welcome and will have a blast!
Just a heads-up: teams are responsible for any damages, so please play respectfully.

Saw Returns includes intense and fear-inducing elements, so it’s not recommended for children.

Yes! All of our rooms are available in English.
Just let us know when booking by selecting the language option, 
and we’ll make sure everything’s ready for your adventure!

Just book your preferred game and time slot as usual.
Then bring your voucher’s unique code with you and show it to the game master on site, they’ll take care of the rest!

There are stairs leading to each room, but once inside, everything is on one level, no climbing or crawling required.
So while full accessibility is limited at entry, the gameplay itself is stair-free.
