It’s best to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time.
We’ll need a few minutes to explain the rules, store your coats, and help you mentally prepare for the experience. To ensure a smooth flow for the next team, please plan to start the game exactly at your reserved time.
This depends on whether there’s a team scheduled after you.
Unfortunately, if there is a booking after yours, we can’t delay the start time, but a few minutes of lateness is usually manageable. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help!
Our Escape Rooms and Game Rooms are recommended for ages 4 and up, with the exception of our horror-themed room, which is suitable for ages 14 and older.
Our escape rooms are designed with impressively realistic decorations to match each room’s theme. However, we’ve kept the level of fear appropriate so that the experience remains fun and entertaining for kids as part of a family program — they’re more than welcome, and they’ll love it!
Please note that any damage caused during the game must be compensated by the team. Our Saw Returns room features intense and frightening challenges, so it is not recommended for children.

All of our escape rooms can be booked for 2-8 players.
Each room is spacious and offers an enjoyable experience, even for a group of 8. However, the true magic happens when you’re not alone — it’s best to play with at least two people. The player limit is for your benefit, as groups larger than 5-6 may find the space tight and have fewer puzzles per person to solve. If you’re a bigger group, consider splitting into 3-4 player teams, book two time slots, and compete to see who escapes first!
Among our game rooms, the LedFloor can accommodate 2-8 players, while Quizgy is ideal for 2-6 players and can even be played in pairs.
In the escape rooms, there’s no need for crawling or climbing, but don’t expect freshly painted, pristine spaces — each room realistically reflects its theme. While it’s possible to complete the rooms in high heels or formal wear, we recommend opting for casual, comfortable clothing for the best experience.
For the game rooms, especially the LedFloor, be sure to bring sports shoes, as quick movements and jumps will be required!

Each room is accessed via stairs, but after that, yes!
There’s no need to climb up or down anywhere during the game.
