It is best if you arrive 5-10 minutes before the time, as we still have to tell you the rules of the game, you have to take off your jackets, you have to mentally prepare for the experience, etc. We would like to ask you to arrive so that you can start the game exactly at the scheduled time as respecting the next team.
It depends on whether a team comes after you. Unfortunately, if you have a reservation after you, we can’t postpone the departure, but a few minutes’ delay will definitely fit in. If you are late, be sure to let us know by phone, we will try to help!
The Curse of the Mummy and the Mystery of the Jungle and the Aztec Gold rooms reflect their themes with startlingly lifelike setups. However, the scare factor is not heightened to the extent that it cannot be a fun family activity even for children. We welcome children, they will enjoy it. Please note, any damage caused by vandalism must be compensated by the team. Our Legacy of Saw room is full of frightening tasks and is not recommended for children.
If you can’t make it at the booked time, please inform us by phone as soon as possible, and we will reschedule or cancel your booking.
Each of our rooms can be booked for teams of 2-8 people. Each room is spacious and provides an enjoyable experience even for 8 people. The real experience comes when you are not alone and play with at least two people. The limit on team size is for your benefit, as it can get uncomfortable with more than 5-6 people and there will be fewer mysteries to solve per person. It’s better to play in 3-4 person teams in two different time slots and compete to see who gets out first!
You don’t need to crawl or climb in the rooms, but don’t expect a freshly painted, crystal clear space as each room realistically reflects its theme. The courses can be completed in high heels and costumes, but we recommend comfortable, casual clothing.

There are stairs leading to each room, but after that, yes! There is no need to climb up or down anywhere.
Currently, only cash payments are accepted, but card payments will soon be available for online bookings and at the venue.
